Delivery to Ireland

Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Standard delivery usually takes between 2–5 working days for Ireland. We use registered postal services from An Post (Irish Postal Service) for all domestic and international shipping.

Returns

If you need to return an item(s), please take the following the steps:

Email: breakwatergiftshop@gmail.com with your order number, the item name and SKU. You will find all of this information in the confirmation email you received after you placed your order.

Please also let us know why you are returning the item.

If you require a variant of the products you originally bought e.g. a different colour or scent, please let us know immediately so we can reserve that item for you if it is still in stock. Please accept our apologies if your preferred item has already sold out.

Please package the item(s) in a safe, dry package with all of the original tags attached and packaging included, and post or hand-deliver your items to Breakwater Gift Shop, Dock Road, Dunmore East, Co. Waterford X91WT10, Ireland ensuring they arrive within 7 days from when you received them.

We recommend registering your package and/or getting a receipt when you post it as we cannot take responsibility for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Items must be in perfect condition when they arrive to us for a refund to be processed.

Refunds

We want you to love every item you buy from Breakwater Gift Shop but we understand that, from time to time, you may wish to return an item and seek a refund. We are happy to offer a full refund on all items bought from Breakwater Gift Shop providing they are returned to us in perfect condition with all of their original tags and packaging within 7 days of the date you received the order.

After this time, providing the items are still in perfect condition with their original tags and packaging, a full refund will only be offered at the discretion of Breakwater Gift Shop.

All refunds will and can only be made via the same method with which you originally paid.

We endeavour to make all refunds within 3-5 working days. Once we have processed the refund on our end, you will be notified by email. Please note, your bank may take additional time to process the refund. As we have no control over this, we ask you to allow up to 7 days from when we receive the returned goods to you seeing the refunded amount in your account. If the refund takes longer than 7 days to reach your account, please contact us immediately.

Refunds are given on the price of the item(s) bought. Shipping and delivery costs cannot be refunded.

Of course, these conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelled Orders

On the rarest occasions, due to issues with available stock, we may need to cancel items within your order because we no longer have that item available. Should this ever happen, you will be refunded as soon as the issue is raised on our system (usually within 2-48 hours of placing your order). However, please note these incidents are extremely rare and we endeavour at all times to fulfill your order exactly as you placed it.
